We often ask for your SUN (Service User Number) for security purposes to confirm your identity - let us show you where to find it!
Your SUN (Service User Number) is a 6 digit number and is easily located in one of three places.
Firstly, you can retrieve this from your Direct Debit Collection Report email. This will be located under the main 'Direct Debit Collection Report' title.
Secondly, this can be found within your Direct Debit Instruction.
It will be on the right hand side in the above box.
Lastly, your Service User Number can be located within the Reports tab on the SmartDebit Pulse portal. Once the Reports tab has loaded, your Service User Number will appear within the second column. Please see below.
