You are able to edit payer's details on SmartDebit Pulse with ease.
In order to manually amend the amount you’d like to debit, you will need to locate the Payer in the SmartDebit Pulse portal.
In each box that hold your Payers information, you will see an 'edit’ button on the right hand side. If you click on this, all the boxes will open up to allow you to amend their information.
Depending on what information you have amended, the ‘Save Change’ button is located at the top and bottom of this screen. Select this and this will save the relevant changes you have made to your Payer.
With Account Details being amended you can now also click on verify details to make sure the details provided are valid.
Please note: this must be done in accordance with your New Payer Lead Time.
Payer File Import
You are not currently able to amend a Payer using the Import facility although this is a feature we are looking to launch very soon and we will update you as soon as this becomes available.
- Keep to hand your lead times; on a sticky note, a desktop or in your phone book – this will save you from missing out on making any of your amendments!
