You are able to edit payer's details on SmartDebit Pulse with ease.
In order to manually amend the amount you’d like to debit, you’ll need to locate the payer’s account in the SmartDebit system.
In each box that hold your payers information you will ‘edit’ on the right hand side. If you click on it, all the boxes will open up to allow you to make amend their information.
Depending on what information you have amended, ‘Save Change’ button is located at the top and bottom, click onto it and it will save the changes you made.
With Account Details being amended you can now also click on verify details to make sure the details provided are valid.
Please note: this must be done in accordance with your New Payer Lead Time.
Payer File Import
You are not currently able to amend a Payer using the Import facility although this is a feature we are looking to launch very soon and we will update you as soon as this becomes available.
- Keep to hand your lead times; on a sticky note, a desktop or in your phone book – this will save you from missing out on making any of your amendments!
