Quoting your name, login and email address.
We will then send you a password reset email in which will provide you with your username and a link to create a new password. Please be aware that for security purposes, all passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Special Character
- 8 Characters minimum
You can also issue yourself a password reset email from the log-in page of SmartDebit Pulse.
If you are an OWN SUN customer and have the user role of ‘SDAManager’, you are also able to send password reset emails and unlock users on your account.
