SmartDebit does not restrict the value that you collect if you have your own Service User Number. However, we will agree a maximum amount at the outset as a safety feature to prevent incorrect amounts being keyed in error. To increase this limit, simply email us at email@example.com
If you possess a Service User Number which is provided by SmartDebit (also known as FM Sun)
We can review increasing the maximum amount per Payer, per month, upon receipt of an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the request. This decision is subject to the discretion of our compliance team who will analyse your account based on risk, service history and amount. You should receive a response within 24 hours.
