ARUDD: Automated Return of Unpaid Direct Debit
ADDACS: Automated Direct Debit Amendment and Cancellation Service
AUDDIS: Automated Direct Debit Instruction Service
DDICA: Direct Debit Indemnity Claim Advice
Direct Debit Collection Reports are available for SmartDebit customers on the day your collections are sent to Bacs (this is dependant on your Advance Notice Lead time). The Collection Report provides details of the collections that we have submitted to Bacs, not the collections that have been made.
Successful Collection Reports are available for SmartDebit customers 3 working days after the scheduled collection date. The purpose of this report is to provide a clearer view of which payments have been successful or unsuccessful on this particular collection.
If requested, early Direct Debit Collection Reports are available for SmartDebit customers and are emailed around 7 working days prior to the scheduled collection date. The purpose of this report is to provide a snapshot of the collections which are currently imported onto the system at the time of generation. This will change as amendments are made.
A Service User Report is generally emailed weekly, giving you a summary of all Payers you have successfully set up within the system.
SmartDebit Invoice their customers on the first working day of the month and include all the processing for the previous Calendar month.
