Once the Bacs Reports have been downloaded an email will be sent to you informing you that you have a Bacs report to view.
The subject heading in the email will be ‘Bacs Report Service User-SUN’. In the email we inform you which Bacs Report you have to view on the system and the number of records within the report. Within the email we also provide you a link which will take you directly to the reports within SmartDebit Pulse. Alternatively, you are able to manually log in the the system and access these under the "Reports" tab.
- You can filter to see just a certain report within Pulse by clicking on ‘Any Report Type’ dropdown
- You can view the report in a list or calendar view, just click on the relevant tab.
