Once the Bacs Reports have been downloaded an email will be sent to you informing you that you have a Bacs report to view.
The subject heading in the email will be ‘Bacs Report Service User-SUN’. In the email we inform you which Bacs Report you have to view on the portal and the number of records within the report. Within the email we will also provide you with a link that will take you directly to the Reports within SmartDebit Pulse. Alternatively, you are able to manually log in the the system and access these under the "Reports" tab.
- You can filter to see just a certain report within Pulse by clicking on ‘Any Report Type’ drop-down
- You can view the report in a list or calendar view, just click on the relevant tab.
