We don't want to see you go! If there's anything we can help resolve, please let us know so that we can help.
As per our standard contract, there is a 90 day notice period required to close your account and you have 2 options:
- We can close your account with immediate effect and we will send your final invoice in the next invoicing run, which will include all subscription charges owed to the end of the period; or
- We can continue to invoice you monthly until the account expires, after which we will send you your final invoice and close your account.
We will require written confirmation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, our Customer Support Team will then contact you to discuss.
Please be aware that the above is based on a standard arrangement, your contract will specify the terms that are applicable to yourselves this information can be found in section 15.1 on most agreements. Please contact a member of our Customer Support Team if you require clarification.
