On the SmartDebit Pulse portal, you are able to see exactly how many Payers you have set up within various frequencies (i.e. the previous day or week) on the home screen dashboard.
SmartDebit also generate a "Service User Report" which will list a summary of these new signups in an excel attachment. Along with all successful payers, you will be provided the details of any incomplete instructions - providing you with as much information as possible so you are able to go and complete these. This report is sent in the early hours of the Monday morning each week however, you can request these daily, weekly or monthly by contacting the Support Team.
- It's handy to keep an eye out for any "incomplete" payers to make sure everyone you enter into the system has been entered successfully.
