Direct Debit Collection Reports are available for SmartDebit customers on the day your collections are submitted to Bacs (this is dependant on your Advance Notice Lead time). The Collection Report provides details of the collections that we have submitted to Bacs, not the collections that have been made.
What information is in the Direct Debit Collection Report?
Within the email you will be able to view; the total number of collections, the total value of your collections and the collection date. Within the CSV attachment you are provided; Payer Reference (also known as Bacs Reference), Account Name, Amount, Date of Payment, Customer ID.
Please note that the day we send you a Collection Report is the day we submit the collections to Bacs. Therefore, any amendments to the collection amount cannot be made from this date.
