SmartDebit will perform planned maintenance work on all Customer facing systems on:
Sunday, 9 December 2018 04:00 – 07:00
There is no planned system wide outage, however, it is possible that Customers may encounter some minor disruption
s during this time.
Description of Maintenance work
We will be performing several updates in our primary Data Centre:
- Performing necessary architectural changes to the networking of our database cluster
- Performing network changes and updates to our primary firewall cluster
- Re-architecting components of our core network fabric connecting several nodes of our network including to our primary database cluster and firewalls.
- We will take the opportunity to perform updates to various important components of our network.
There should be no further interruption to services outside this planned maintenance time, however there may be brief periods of degraded performance as we undertake system testing. This is not expected to be noticeable to Customers. There will be no change to functionality or interfaces.
