Release Notes w/c 21st January 2019
- When requests to make changes to service user settings were processed, it was taking too long to update within the live portal. We have now fixed this to ensure that the changes happen as quickly as possible.
- We have now fixed some problems with regards to the ‘Next Collection Date’ Calculation. It will now recalculate this in real time when creating or editing any Payers who have a frequency type.
- We have noticed that users were being forced to wait longer for the home page to load due to the ‘Account Details’ section. As the data doesn’t actually change during the course of the day, we have ensured that this will only refresh the first time you log into the portal.
- Our Funds Transfer emails were unreadable before fully downloading some of the external content. We’ve now fixed this which means you don’t have to download anything additional in order to read Funds Transfers easily.
